Jennifer Lopez on Picking the ‘Idol’ Top 13: ‘I Was Shaking’

At The Grove with “Extra” host Mario Lopez, “American Idol” judge Jennifer Lopez admitted it was nerve-wracking to choose the show’s top 13.
“Honestly, I was more nervous watching them perform than I am when I perform myself!” Jennifer exclaimed. “I was shaking. It was crazy!”
Was the singer surprised by who made it through to the top 13? “I knew somebody had to go home,” explained Jennifer, adding, “But I felt like America really did a great job with that. There’s like 10 others, if you put them in there, that’s fine, too. That’s how good they all were.”
Jennifer does say she has fun getting ready for each show. “I love it! Every day I’m not working, I’m like, ‘What am I gonna do with my hair today?’ I dunno, it’s just part of who I am.”
